Returns & Refunds

Refunds and Replacements:
In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. You can drop us a mail at astria.store@gmail.com with the Video of the damaged product within 10 days of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced. Pictures of the product will NOT be taken into consideration. No refunds are made.

Cancellation:
Once your payment is made and the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

Only Online Payments will be accepted. NO Cash on Delivery.

Shipping Policy

 

All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed and will be dispatched in 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for orders containing personalized/customized items to ship. The estimated shipping period is 7-10 business days. 

All orders are charged standard shipping fees of Rs. 90/-. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so that you can easily track your order.
